Read the active mode's table
Use this point when reading a result. Each cabinet includes a paytable underneath its Spin controls. The values apply to that named mode and this release of the game. Classic has a three-match column; five-reel games list awards for three, four and five matching positions from the left. The examples describe virtual-credit play within this release.
Recognize paying symbols
Consider this rule alongside the active cabinet. Cherries, lemons, bells, BAR and sevens appear in the classic set. Five-reel games also contain diamonds and Wilds. The symbol artwork makes the categories recognizable, but the actual payout depends on the mode's table and the path being scored. A mode’s own paytable remains the reference for its awards.
Separate symbol weight from payout
This is part of understanding the current release. A high displayed multiplier is not the probability of landing that symbol. Symbols are drawn using the weights assigned to the mode, and different symbols can have different chances. The largest award in a paytable can therefore occur much less often than smaller ones. The same definitions apply on a phone and a desktop browser.
Use the wager per line
One useful detail is explained below. Ordinary line multipliers are applied to the line wager. On a 20-line game, a total wager of 100 credits creates a five-credit line wager. A 10× line award then pays 50 credits, before any mode-specific multiplier explicitly shown by the rules. Read the active cabinet’s rule panel when applying this explanation. Pay only the best match per line
Keep the scope of the explanation in view. Wild substitutions can make several interpretations of one path possible. The engine compares their credit amounts and awards the highest once. Identify Scatter separately
A precise definition makes the screen easier to read. Scatter symbols trigger the free-spin, collection or pick feature when their mode requires at least three anywhere on the grid. They do not appear in a normal line paytable and have no direct Scatter-only award in these games. Wild cannot replace them. The examples describe virtual-credit play within this release. Distinguish feature multipliers
The distinction matters when comparing games. Collection values and pick-tile values multiply the triggering total wager rather than a single line wager. Keep the rules accessible
Start by identifying what the number describes. You can open and close the table without spending credits or changing the saved result. The numbered payline diagrams sit alongside it.
